I would like to personally commend Cotterman and Company for the outstanding job in installation of the Tremco TremLock VP Metal Roof System at Anna Elementary School. With a 19 year old shingle roof suceptiple to wind damage, product deteroration and water leaks, our district sought a long term solution that was both high funcitoning and attractive. The Anna Schools were pleased to be able to work with a company with whom we have a long standing relationship, and I believe that your company exceeded our expectations.
The crew on sight was responsive, professional and hard working. Extreme pride in the project was apparent through the summer. Your staff worked directly with us scheduling around school and community events. On three occasions major storms impacted the project. Each time, Cotterman employees were on site to help clean up, assess damage and fix any problems. This occurred without the school contacting you. you were just there. Your staff was on site for three months and was simply great to work with. Our 81,00 square feet metal roof was completed on time.
I have very limited knowledge of roofs and roof installation, but was very confident that we were in good hands. I was included in weekly meetings and briefed on problem solving and progress toward completion. Our school and community are very pleased with the final result. The roof looks outstanding and is performing very well. We expect it to last for many years to come.

I have put up with a roof leak on a flat roof for 7 years. We didn't have the money to replace and continued to have damage and watched our estimates to replace continued going up. We bit the bullet had Cotterman do the work and we are as pleased as we could be. Talking to many vendors I was confused and scared to take on this big project. I was sorry that I put the project off for so long. Every employee was easily to work with and took on my concerns as to the weather. I didn't want a leak over the top of our 3,000 year old Egyptian mummy. After spending 30 years in homebuilding I can really appreciate a great construction crew that knows what they are doing.
