I would like to personally commend Cotterman & Company for the outstanding job on the installation of the Johns Manville TPO roofing system at Eastman Kodak. Our entire staff was pleased to be able to work with a company that demonstrated a high level of professionalism from the beginning of the project through the completion. The new roof was required to be installed per FMGlobal (Factory Mutual) guidelines with a 20 year manufactures warranty and the.Cotterman team was very knowledgeable with the requirements and made the process easy.
The crew on sight was extremely responsive, professional, hardworking and also did a great job in communicating their safety precautions to our HSE team. Extreme pride in the project was apparent throughout the installation. Cotterman & Company clearly understood the importance of minimizing the amount of dust I debris from falling inside our building in all locations but especially recognizing the importance to our 22000 sq ft of clean room operations. Your staff worked directly with our scheduling department and on several occasions when major storms occurred during the project with no issues or water intrusion. Our 270,000 square feet TPO single ply roof was completed on time with no issues, now I know why you say Trust Experience Trust Cottermans because this was a very large project that required a lot to comply with our requirements.
The roof looks outstanding and is performing very well. We expect it to last for many years to come and I recommend Cotterman and Company without hesitation to any potential future customers. Please feel free to use this letter of recommendation in the future as needed.
